(For time)

300 hang cleans

  • Person 1: 100m run

  • Person 2: 150’ walking lunge or max walking lunges

  • Person 3: max hang cleans 115/165lbs

  • Person 4: rest

(Team rotates in order after each 100m run until team reaches 300 hang cleans total)
